A wide variety of one- to two-day courses in aspects of university teaching, open to all ETH teaching staff, are offered jointly by LET and the Center for University Teaching and Learning, University of Zurich under the name didactica. These courses, which are open to all ETH teaching staff, cover topics in the following areas:

• Good speaking
• Communication
• Presentation techniques
• Deployment of internet and video in teaching
• E-learning
• Visualisation techniques
• Supervision of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
• Linking research with teaching
• Conducting examinations
